Help Texts is a secure, private, and easy way to get meaningful grief support when dealing with a loss. Empathia’s covered members will receive access to a 12-month subscription for themselves and up to two others. As long as the individual has access to a mobile phone that can receive SMS messages, they have access to Help Texts. Help Texts currently sends messages in 19 languages, with more languages coming soon.
