The Empathia Board of Directors has announced that Philip Chard has stepped down as President/CEO. Chard will continue working on behalf of Empathia in a consulting capacity, engaging in specific projects and initiatives. “It has been a great privilege and honor to work with such a dedicated team and I am very proud of the organization Empathia has become and the positive contributions it makes in so many lives,” Chard said. “I leave the role knowing that Empathia is in very good hands with my successor and the strong leadership team that’s in place.”
Carol Wilson has been selected as the next President/CEO. Wilson has been the Chief Operations Officer for over 20 years and is uniquely qualified to step into this role. “I look forward to continuing the strong leadership that Phil has demonstrated and working to support the health, safety and productivity of the people and organizations we serve,” Wilson said.
