C2HR CON “Catalysts for Change” - November 10-17, 2020
The C2HR CONference is the largest gathering of human resources professionals from the technology, media and entertainment industry. This year the event will be hosted virtually, featuring thought-provoking speakers, dynamic discussions and interactive networking events.
Empathia’s Jennifer Sumiec is part of this year’s notable lineup of speakers. She will be presenting her session titled, “Leading With Empathy & Inspiring Resilience” on Monday, November 16th at 11:00 a.m.
This year has tested the best of leaders with a global pandemic, social unrest and several natural disasters. This session will examine how to show up as a leader, understand your team members’ emotional reactions, and meet them where they are to lead them through a crisis. Jennifer will provide attendees insight into what to say and not say, how listening can heal and help, and the importance of self-care and knowing your own triggers.
